Hi guys new to forum , purchased a savvy for my daughter only came with 1 key , having trouble finding some one local to me to make a replacement with the fob , live in Cornwall can any one help please thank you.

You will have to make the effort of building up a key yourself if nobody else will do it.

The key has 5 parts to it:
1. The plastic shell
2. The circuit board with the buttons on it
3. The rubber button pad
4. The transponder chip
5. The blade.

You can buy the key shells with button pads in them on ebay. They come with a blank blade. You can buy one of those and have your key pattern cut onto the blank blade at any key cutting shop.
That will allow the key to open the door by the keyhole only.
If you want it to work the remote central locking, you will have to get an old key from a scrapyard and take the circuit board out and fit that into your new key, and then pair that board with your car by following a specific procedure which I will give you.

Lastly, if you want it to actually start the engine, you will need the new key to have a transponder in it that your car will recognise. The transponder from the scrap key will be of no use as your car's ECU will not recognise it and will refuse to start. Proton dealers can pair it to your ECU if there is a dealer near you. They charge about £130 for that. It may be much cheaper to get an auto-locksmith to create a clone of your existing working transponder and place the cloned one inside your newly made key.

Alternatively you just take the 1 working transponder that you have in your original key and glue it or somehow fix it to the round bezel around the end of the ignition barrel. This will fool the ECU into believing that the correct key is always present and will allow the engine to start from any key that is cut to the right pattern.
