R.I.P. Lexxey & 'Hello Darlin' Epson.
:-s .... I have had my Lexmark X1100 all-in-one for many years, stripped and cleaned and maintained.

I always drill'nfill the black ink pot and have always had a good run till the pot won't be useable.

However the cost of Inks has skyrocketed - for some unfathonable reason - and either Tesco doesn't want to stock 'remade' (nor anyone else, either...) or they have dried up??
I was looking at £40  for a Colour/Black.(26/16)

I didn't buy online - just in the weekly shop.

SO.... :smt017

Tesco pop out the EPSON XP-312 @ £50... and you get inks haha

I did a shelf check and Tesco do all the individual inks @ £3.50 a bag =D>

It is a really quiet machine and damn quick. Very happy TBH :smt038

Lexxey went into the new ones box and along the street to the Sally Army shop... a cheap [expensive!!] treat for someone :-#

I remember a friend who worked at a well known computer retail store telling me that's it's usually cheaper to buy a new printer with ink.. Then it is to buy an ink cartridge
