I already pay a lot for the wife's Corsa, so I'm not paying...

Nice cars, they don't 'feel' particularly quick but the do move along well.

this is why I have Betsy - the Savvy was cheap to insure (my first insurance under my own name) and not the Evo I really want lol

The wife pays £450 a year for the corsa insurance, that's with business mileage though (she does 'home care' for the elderly).

What about a Clio 200 Sean? More fun (IMO) but harder to get more power from than the Corsa.

I'll do you a favour M8 - I'd pay a £1 to prevent you from buying a Corsa... :-D (for your own good) :smt043

Post Re: Just a quick one!
I can see the appeal for the VXR was looking at some yesterday as we are swapping the 2 year old mazda 3 for a mokka
on 1st .
I was looking at the VXR nurburgring edition  but at group 32 on insurance is bit steep when your 1.5 satria was around 20-25 .
Have you considered a NEO admittedly not as quick as the VXR bit only group 19 and the sport has leather interior as you are a grease monkey making mods exhaust and induction pipes should be a doddle.
The NEO is available for easy money now £2k for a low mileage
That has probably had one careful owner :drive :drive with service history where a VXR may have been a boy racer and been thrashed
Plus you could still do pod khana \:D/
