Tried that one bro..no success.. :( these people are really unaccountable ..people making complaints left right and centre with no comeuppance and eventually loosing out and their money..think its either yodel or DHL but I can really say until a van turns up..bought a tyre at a decent price and now I aint to confident its going to arrive even..what can I do from here if it doesnt this stuff is all new to me..cant get through by phone or email and I cant find any way to contact them..left a message on their facebook page but no doubt it will be water of a ducks back..so many people complaining about them it beggars belief..

Correct Ash , they have a number of couriers they deal with like TNT etc.

Sounds like the seller may not of labelled correctly or clearly.

Right Guys a bit of an update..managed to leave a message on face book and then logged off..and then with a bit of a google around I got onto a live chat and spoke to Sarah H she tracked it and said it has been sorted incorrectly at the hub and she will get in touch with the carrier.. Yodel..OMG it gonna end up in India with that lot.. ](*,) face book page also said the same and apologised for the mistake when I went back online.. still don't feel to happy really but there you go..they say they will keep me updated on what's happening.. :|

I use parcel2go alot. Normally my problems occur from the courier company and not p2g. The problem then is if say tnt loses a cat that u sent out then tnt will only talk to p2g.

Long story short, that is the bad part about p2g.

The plus side. Their live chat is really usefull especially to rearange collection.

With regards to your problem. Why are u going about and ringing and talking to p2g and couriers? Thats the sellers responsibility not yours. Ive never once asked a buyer to sort it out.

You're nicer than my buyers. I don't get no slack the moment something is 1 day past the estimated delivery lol.

Don't forget you can still open an ebay dispute politely because there is a time limit on it. If it still hasn't arrived in a week I would let the seller know politley that your going to open a dispute just to be on the safe side because at the end of the day it is your money and item.

Mr. Nice guy thats me.. ;) well us old guys usually are being more old school..anyway some further new..got another message via ebay from Adam..yes we are first name terms now..I expect him to ask me for a date next.. :-D he said give it a few more days and he will repay me and then if the tyre turns up after that to reject it so the carrier can return it to him..there goes my savvy spare tyre idea up the spout but life can be a bit of a bitch some times so I will have to live with it..let you all know what happens later on next week..fingers crossed.. :|

And to continue..he has now turned around saying he will only refund when he gets his tyre back..total turn around from his previous promise..so I have opened a case now with ebay which gives the sell until the 17th to respond..already I have had nothing but sh*t on ebay one other package didnt turn up..one other seller supplied me with a part which was described as new but showed signs of being previously fitted and now this one..I have only been there for a short time but I am beginning already to think that ebay is just not worth the effort some times when I could possibly buy a part etc over the counter with no aggro whatsoever..If I get no satisfaction from this latest transaction then I am going to close the account and buy elsewhere when stuff is needed..

Good news at last..today I recieved a full refund from the seller..he didnt like it one bit but thats not my problem to be honest..I bought in good faith that I would get the tyre and his couriers screwed up..in one reply message I sent to him I stated that now he might want to look at who he uses in the future..

Happy chappy thats me..case closed =D>

Glad its sorted. Dont think of people on ebay as people. Alot are businesses and should be treated like one.

Your still out 1 tyre though I guesd

Edit: made a bit of a mess of that quote doh

Well my little savvy buddy I ordered the tyre as a spare..you always need one when you least expect it..it was dirt cheap with 7.5 of tread on it but thats past history..didnt order the wheel cos when I measured the boot I found that a full sized spare would not fit.. ](*,) lucky it wasnt the other way around cos with my luck the wheel would have turned up..
